SintAfrik Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • United States: Standard delivery in 3–8 business days. for standard shipping and 2-5 business days for Premium shipping

  • International: Delivery in 7–15 business days, depending on destination for standard shipping, and 4–8 business days for Premium shipping

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international shipments, SintAfrik is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the authorities of your country.

  • All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Damages & Issues

  • SintAfrik is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos at support@sintafrik.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at support@sintafrik.com with your order number.

  • We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
